Gordijnrail monteren in Eindhoven

Mounting of an IKEA VIDGA ceiling curtain track into what I believe is concrete/stone ceiling. I could not get a masonry bit through it and would like a professional to do so. The track is in four pieces - two long rails, two small corner pieces. Additionally, I would like two pilot holes put in the ceiling to hang a lamp. And a shelf hung in a concrete wall.
