What does a cleaner cost?
There is no fixed rate. The price depends on the service, the size and condition of the home or space, the tasks you choose and the cleaner’s rate. The cost guide explains what counts; only a cleaner can price your job.
What is the difference between house cleaning and deep cleaning?
With house cleaning you choose the rooms and routine tasks, such as vacuuming, mopping and the bathroom. A deep clean goes further: limescale, grout and kitchen appliances inside, in the rooms that need it.
What does end-of-tenancy cleaning include?
That depends on your agreement and often on the landlord’s cleaning checklist. In the request you say whether the home is empty, which appliances and extra spaces are included and whether the windows need cleaning. Whether the landlord approves the home is the landlord’s decision.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not necessarily. In the request you say who lets the cleaner in: you, with a key, the landlord or agent, or a neighbour. Agree this with the cleaner beforehand.
