You can compare offers side by side in your dashboard based on scope, timing, and price. This makes it easier to choose the provider that matches your priorities.

When are my contact details shared?

Contact details are shared only after you accept an offer. Until then, communication and context stay protected inside the platform.

Why are my contact details protected?

Your details are protected to reduce spam, improve privacy, and keep communication structured. This also creates a safer process for both customers and providers.

Can I message via the platform?

Yes. After you accept an offer, you can continue communication through in-platform messaging. This keeps decisions and context visible in one thread.

What if I do not get a suitable offer?

If no suitable offer arrives, improve your description, add photos, and set a realistic budget and timing. You can also contact support for help improving your request.

What if I have a problem with a provider?

If you face a quality or conduct issue, contact support as soon as possible. Admin moderation is available where needed to review platform behavior.

Are providers KVK verified?

Providers with a verified badge have had their KVK details checked. The badge is a trust indicator, not a guarantee of project outcomes.
