We do not charge these fees yet. The planned post-MVP model is a contact-unlock fee after the customer accepts your offer:

Is registration paid?
No. Provider registration is free during the MVP phase.
Do I need to pay a monthly subscription?
No. There is no mandatory monthly subscription at this stage.
Do I pay for leads or customer contact right now?
No. In the current test phase, payment for contact unlock is not active yet.
When will fees be introduced?
Fees may be introduced after the production payment system is ready. The unlock price will always be shown before you confirm.
What is the planned pricing formula?
The planned post-MVP model is: max(€5, min(5% × agreed amount, €49)). This means a minimum of €5 and a maximum of €49 per unlocked contact.
Does contact unlock mean I have won the job?
No. Contact unlock only allows direct contact. The job is confirmed only after you and the customer agree on the final scope, timing, and price.
Why is the maximum fee capped at €49?
SkilledContractors wants to keep provider costs fair and competitive. The cap helps prevent high lead costs on larger jobs.
Can I browse jobs without obligation?
Yes. You can create a profile and browse available jobs without a mandatory subscription.
What happens during MVP testing?
During MVP testing, SkilledContractors may manually unlock selected accepted offers to test the process, support provider onboarding, and check marketplace quality.
Will there be paid plans later?
No mandatory subscription is planned at this moment. In the future, SkilledContractors may evaluate packages only after enough marketplace data is available, but this is not active in the MVP.
