This page explains cancellation expectations in different job stages.
Customer cancellation of open jobs
Customers can cancel open jobs in the dashboard where that feature is available. Pending offers may be withdrawn or closed when a job is cancelled. Customers should review offer status before reposting similar work.
Assigned or in-progress jobs
If a job is assigned or already in progress, customer and provider should communicate through platform channels where possible. Final cancellation terms, timing, and any charges depend on the direct agreement between customer and provider.
Provider withdrawal of offers
Providers may withdraw pending offers where supported. After acceptance, providers should communicate promptly with the customer about any change in availability. Repeated late cancellations may affect trust indicators or account review.
No-show or non-completion
Customers may report no-show or non-completion cases through support. The platform may review messages, reviews, and account behavior for possible policy action. The platform does not automatically guarantee compensation.
Payments and refunds
Payments are not live yet. Payment and refund rules will be published before paid contact unlocks are activated. No refund windows are currently promised because paid contact unlock is not active.
Consumer withdrawal rights
Consumer rights under Dutch and EU law may apply depending on circumstances and service type. Where work begins at the consumer’s request, withdrawal rights may be limited once performance starts. This section is informational and not legal advice.
Data after cancellation
Cancelled jobs may be marked cancelled or private depending on workflow. Messages, support tickets, and audit records may be retained for dispute handling, security, and legal compliance.
